However, in the rare case that you are unhappy with a product, you can be rest assured that we will fix it.

If your item is defective (which it never should be), we will take extra special care of you, just contact us at theshop@allkpop.com or via Facebook Messenger to receive further instructions.

All apparel and headwear can be returned or exchanged if unworn, unwashed, or defective. Returns made within 30 days of the shipping date will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus shipping fees. All returns/exchanges must contain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number please contact theshop@allkpop.com or Message us on Facebook.

You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges.

Custom orders and products cannot be returned/exchanged due to the personalized nature of the item.

Pre-order items cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged once the pre-order sales close.
