Do you like shopping? Look no further, Korea is known for it's shopping experience. From super malls to street shopping Korea has you covered in every department. If you ever wanted to try night-time shopping, check out Dongdaemun. It's an entire area dedicated to shopping open around the clock.

3. The Nightlife
Korea is known for its awesome nightlife. Some popular clubs that you should check out are Octagon, Club Mecha, and Club Ellui just to name a few. It's said that Koreans just go insane when they party. We think it's because Koreans just love to get drunk.

4. Soju
That brings us to the next reason. If you love drinking, and you want to try Korea's signature spirit, Soju is the drink of choice. Jinro Soju is actually the world's best selling in the world. It helps that a bottle will only cost you a couple bucks and street drinking is completely legal.

5. Technology
We're no stranger to Korean technology brands such as Samsung and LG. These super companies power up Korea and provide it with some of the newest and innovative technologies in the world. Korea also has the fastest internet in the world — almost double the average speed of the internet in the United States.

6. Language
For those worried about the language barrier as a tourist in South Korea, fear not! Every student in South Korea learns the basics of English in school. And many of these students focus on improving their English as they go into high school and college. With the country boasting over a 90% literacy rate, the chances are high that a Korean will know at least the basics of English.

7. The Outdoors
Most of South Korea is actually still forested. And many of the cities in Korea are actually built around the natural beauties that Korea has to offer. The Han River for example is one of Korea's largest and runs right through the center of the capital city of Seoul. You can rent a bicycle and enjoy the beauties of nature and the city all at once.

8. Public Transportation
Since the country of South Korea is relatively small, the country has created one of the best public transportation systems in the world. Going from place to place is extremely easy. Korean subways are also very clean. Many stops even have restaurants and shopping areas.

Of course, the main reason we love South Korea. The home of K-Pop and of our favorite idols. K-Pop is played in almost every restaurant, bar, coffee shop, mall, and basically anywhere that music is played. On top of that, you now actually have a chance to run into your bias. Who knows?
