Our curated products are shipped directly from South Korea to ensure authenticity, freshness, and the best possible selection for our customers worldwide. Please review our detailed Return & Refund Policy below carefully before making a purchase.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
- Returns may be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- STRICT PRE-APPROVAL REQUIRED: You MUST contact us at support@allkpop.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) BEFORE shipping any items back. Unauthorized returns sent without an RMA will NOT be accepted or refunded.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. All seals, boxes, and protective packaging must remain intact.
- Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened, tested, or swatched beauty / skincare products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or color, please return the original unopened item, if eligible, for a refund and place a new order separately.

2. RETURN SHIPPING & FEES — Change of Mind
- If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs to our South Korea warehouse, as well as any applicable customs duties or taxes.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTICE: International return shipping to South Korea can be costly, typically ranging from $25 to $70 USD or more depending on your location and courier. This fee must be prepaid by the customer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@allkpop.com and include:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- An unboxing video, if available
Once verified as our fault, we will gladly provide one of the following:
- A replacement item
- A full refund, including original shipping fees paid
- Store Credit / Gift Card
In this specific case, you will NOT be required to ship the item back to South Korea, and all original shipping fees paid will be refunded.
4. PARTIAL RETURNS & PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS
- If you return only a portion of a multi-item order, we will refund the cost of the returned item(s) only.

FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD ADJUSTMENT: If a partial return causes your remaining order total to drop below our Free Shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount:
- United States: $8.99 will be deducted if remaining total falls below $50.
- Canada: $14.99 will be deducted if remaining total falls below $75.
- International: $19.99 will be deducted if remaining total falls below $100.
5. PRE-ORDER & ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Standard or Pre-Order cancellations are permitted ONLY if requested BEFORE the order has been processed and fulfilled at our warehouse.
- Once a shipping label is created or the package has left our facility, the order cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
- For Pre-Order items, please be aware of the estimated release date listed on the product page. Cancellation requests after the pre-order has been shipped will be treated as a regular return.
6. LOST PACKAGES, THEFT, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES
- LOST IN TRANSIT: If a package is deemed lost by the carrier before delivery, with no “Delivered” scan, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
- MISSING / STOLEN PACKAGES — Porch Theft: We are NOT responsible for packages that are stolen, missing, or misplaced AFTER the carrier marks the status as “Delivered.” Please ensure a secure delivery location or contact your local courier to file a claim.
- REFUSED DELIVERIES & UNPAID CUSTOMS: If you refuse delivery of your package due to unpaid import customs duties/taxes, or if the package is returned to Korea because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, all return shipping costs and any penalty fees incurred will be deducted from your final refund.
7. PRODUCT INGREDIENT & ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
- allkpop THE SHOP acts strictly as a retailer/curator and is NOT the manufacturer of the beauty products sold.
- We cannot be held liable for any personal dissatisfaction, individual skin reactions, or allergic reactions to product ingredients.
- We strongly advise customers to review the full ingredient list prior to purchase.
- Per our policy, any beauty/skincare product that has been opened or tested due to an allergic reaction is still non-refundable under hygiene regulations.
8. REFUND PROCESSING & CURRENCY
- PRODUCT INSPECTION: Once your return package arrives at our South Korea warehouse, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after approval.
- Store Credits / Gift Cards are typically issued immediately upon approval.
- CURRENCY DISCLAIMER: All refunds are processed in the original checkout currency, USD. We are NOT responsible for any fluctuations in foreign exchange rates or international transaction fees charged by your bank.
9. FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Opened or used beauty/skincare products
- Items in our SALE collection
- Gift Cards / Store Credits
- Limited-edition promotional items or free gifts
